Four incredibly adorable puppies almost lost their lives in a horrible accident when they came across spilled tar in a pile of garbage. When the first one came in and got stuck, she cried so excitedly that the others came to see what was going on and they too were fascinated by the horrible tar. We knew they had a mother, but we couldn’t find her until the day after they were rescued and the hours-long process of removing the tar with oil and dish soap.
